Existing Paradise Fresh Customers - Important Info on Using the New Site.  Please Read.
This new website is another step towards bringing you a better service from Paradise Fresh. It is the first step to an independent Paradise Fresh for Narrabri.  As this is a completely new site, we have migrated your account details across to this new site from the Tamworth site with one minor administrative detail missing - we are unable to migrate your password information.  This being the case, when you access your account at this new site for the first time, you will need to RESET your password.  Here are the simple steps to follow at the beginning of your check out process to reset your password. 

1. When prompted to login, click on 'Forgot password'.
2. Enter your login email address for the password to be sent to.
    Note: If you forgot your login, you will need to contact us.  The system will return
              an error if the email you entered does not match the one on the system.
3. An email will be sent to your email address immediately.
4. Click on the link in that email to reset your password.
5. Once password is reset you can go through the checkout process as per normal.

If you do not receive the email to reset your password in 3 minutes please check that it is not in your 'Junk' or 'Spam' box.

If you have any trouble please email wikrom@paradisefresh.com.au with your name and email login address.  Allow a few hours turn-around time for Wikrom to reset your password and get back to you.  In the meantime you can continue to use the Tamworth site until your password for the new site is ready.
